Our phone answering and messaging service has been designed with ease and simplicity
to better help you cope with your business needs. It is the best way of taking messages
and transferring calls. We simply answer the phone how YOU want it answered, take
a message and email it to you. Or, if you prefer, qualify your calls and then transfer
directly to you. This helps you to avoid the majority of sales calls, freeing up
your time for the calls which really matter to you and your business. Our call answering
and messaging service costs just 96p per call. If you want a text message, that’s
OK too – just 12p extra. We have no set up charges, monthly fee or “hidden extras”.
You simply have a monthly minimum usage of 25 calls - That's just £24.00 per month.
Virtual PA Service - 60p per minute
Our Virtual PA service has been tailor made to fit your specific needs. Our Virtual
PA service offers you just a “little extra”. We work in small teams, so that each
team member can better understand your business and what you require.
Our Virtual PA’s are here for your Diary Management, to book appointments, fill
in online forms – just a small sample of what we can offer you.
We also take messages, can transfer calls where needed, or give you whatever help
and assistance you may need.
We will be happy to talk to you and make our Virtual PA service match your requirements.
No set up charges, monthly fees – Just our standard PA rate of 60p per minute. Any
text messages will be charged at an additional 12p.
You simply have a monthly minimum usage of 50 minutes - £30.00

Service
Reception Bureau provides a bespoke, flexible and cost effective answering service

Our system is both advanced and flexible to the needs of your business – we put
the calls through to the correct member of staff or just take messages if required.
It is all fully bespoke to your business.
Reception Bureau has the added bonus of extended opening hours – 8am until 8pm weekdays
and 8am until 1pm weekends. We are still available to answer your calls, even if
you are closed.
